Apart of these things, we need alot of food wich is obtained using dangerous and harmful methods to get better crops.
The result is the use of pesticides, fertilizers (DDTs) and consequently the contamination and pollution of our lend.
This polluton provokes the greenhouse effect, the ozone lawyer and a global warming of the Earth.
At the same time, this warming leads to the metling of the Poles.
